About Bank Portal
Bank Portal is a project about how finance works: explanations, a glossary and learning calculations instead of product selection or return promises.
What we publish
New materials are organised into nine learning paths: savings, financial markets, shares, bonds, financial statements, company analysis, business valuation, portfolios and derivatives. Examples show a mechanism under stated assumptions; the tools do not receive live quotes, bank rates or personal instructions.
The portal is for independent study of financial mechanisms. It has no product storefront, personal recommendations or hidden promises of an outcome.
Who is named as the author
Materials are attributed to the Bank Portal project and prepared with automated editorial assistance. This identifies the project, not a particular specialist. We do not claim a fictitious expert staff, licences or professional qualifications.
Checking listed sources does not constitute professional financial or legal advice. Each material shows its status, review date and limits of use; the text update date has a different meaning. Details are in the editorial methodology and the source register.
Corrections
To review an error, provide the page address, the disputed passage, an explanation of the discrepancy and a dated primary source or document edition. Do not include personal data, account details or portfolio information.
There is no published public feedback channel for new materials. This page is not a submission form and does not promise a response through a contact that does not exist.
The correction process is to compare the claim with the source and its applicability, correct the text, formula or example, and record the change in the update date. A new source-review date is used only after the sources are checked again.
Service boundaries
We do not open accounts, accept investment orders or assess whether a financial product suits a particular person. A contract, jurisdiction and current rulebook can change the result. The privacy page describes how search and calculations handle reader input.
The source register and the privacy page provide the current boundaries for sources and reader input.
